[Own Your Life] EnJOY Holiday Sweets?

Dear Difference Maker,

Imagine just how empowering it feels to enjoy these wonderful foods AND feel full and ready to stop BEFORE making yourself miserable!

You absolutely CAN manage yourself easily and naturally with the additional information I’ve included today’s FEEL BETTER DO BETTER segment about several products and recipes you can have fun with.

November is a great month to increase our awareness about Diabetes as we now move quickly into two months of holiday festivities, celebrations and lots and lots of foods that we may not eat throughout the year.

What do you know about Diabetes? Do you or anyone in your family have it?

You may remember in October’s blog that my birth mother died of cancer just seven years ago at the age of 79. Today I want to share with you that my adoptive mother died at the young age of 56 of Type 1 Diabetes when I was only 26 years old so I learned a lot about the disease during the final years of her life.

What I learned from how my two mother’s lived their lives has had a direct and lasting impact on me stepping up and owning my life on every level:  mind, body and spirit.

When it comes to using what works for me to be able to better manage my emotional eating and food intake I have a couple of Color Style Mottos (Green & Yellow Combo) that are wired into my neurology:  “If it’s not easy, forget it!” and “If it’s not fun, I’m not doing it!”

Because of these mottos everything I recommend has to have been field-tested and scientifically substantiated.

I sincerely hope you grab ahold of the message in today’s blog because you can in fact, manage yourself around holiday foods and drinks and I have easy and fun ways you can do starting today.

I love sharing other people’s health improvement experiences because they give me confidence to, at the very least, give a health product – that’s easy to enjoy – a try!  Here are just a few of the many coming in daily that apply directly to improvements in depression related experiences:

“Hi! My name is Mariz C., (41 y.o.) I have been a Registered Nurse for 21 years. I have been using Burn+Control Coffee (1-2x a day depending on how much my calorie intake in a day) for 9 months now and I absolutely love the taste. I lost 15lbs and maintained my weight without starving myself. I can eat whatever I want, but I am mindful of the quality of food I am eating.

But my greatest testimony is my mother, a 40 year diabetic, and on the verge of starting hemodialysis. Since she started drinking the Lean+Green Tea, it kept her blood sugar within normal limits and reversed her kidney failure. All complications of being diabetic for a long time. You might say it’s impossible but I have lab results to prove it. Her A1C level, an indicator for kidney function was from 9.0 (bad) went down to (7.0) better. (Ideal is 6.5 below). So it’s amazing!

That’s why I am so amazed and passionate about sharing these products coz they just flat out work! I have heard a lot of consumers of Javita who have similar results too and I want others who don’t know these products yet, to experience what we all have experienced by just changing the cup of their coffee or tea to Burn+Control Coffee and Lean+Green Tea! Thank you for changing our lives!”

This loving husband and father of five has his life (and blood sugar levels) back on track thanks to Lean+Green Tea. Check out Angel’s story:

”Hi my name is Angel and I’ve been Diabetic for 15 years. When I first found out I was Diabetic, my sugar levels were dangerously high–ranging anywhere from 400-600. I never took my sugar levels as seriously as i should have, until I lost my Dad due to Diabetic complications. That’s when I knew i had to do something.

Even with a change in diet, it was hard for me to be consistent. Not to mention my sugar levels were ranging from 150-160, and that WHILE I was TAKING MEDICATION prescribed by my doctor.

Then my wife discovered Lean+Green Tea. After checking out the ingredients, she suggested i try it. I’ve never been a fan of ANY tea, but considering I’d tried everything, I thought it was worth a shot.

Within a couple of days, I started to feel shaky and assumed my sugar levels were high. But when i tested my sugar it was 75. I immediately called my Doctor and asked why i was shaking if my levels were normal. He said my body was not used to functioning at NORMAL. Since starting Lean+Green Tea twice a day (January 2014), my sugar levels are ranging from 80-90’s AND my A1C is 6.1 with NO medications!!! As an ADDED BONUS I’ve lost weight and inches!! Thank you Lean+Green Tea for helping me get on the path to GREAT health!! We have 5 kids, and I plan on being around a long time to watch them grow. Thank You!!” ~Angel F.

How can you not love this…

“So….Maxie now has an A1c of 6.9!!!!! Thank you Lean+Green Tea!!” –Trudy
maxie
A1C is the average glucose level in a cell for the last 90 days (3 months) My A1C went from 5.9 to 5.2 after consuming Lean & Green Tea for just 60 days!

I forgot to add A1C level guide line are from 4.0 to 5.9.

But for a Diabetic, the 6.9 is not bad at all, especially for kids.

I wish mine was like that when I was 8 years old.

Congrats Maxie!!! -Greg Costa
